Spectrum Lab grab of the band 499.800 - 505.520kHz
Received at GM4SLV, IP90gg, Clousta, Shetland
The equipment for the grabber is an AR7030 with 5.5kHz IF filter fed with a the signal from my 500kHz TX antenna.
A fixed level audio output is fed to a PC running Spectrum Lab (under Wine on a Gentoo Linux PC) which captures the screen every 5 minutes. These captures are automatically uploaded to the web.
Signals of interest:
500.00 - the GREEN marker = SK6RUD beacon
501.057 - the BLUE marker = GI4DPE beacon
501.62 - the YELLOW marker = GW3UEP beacon
501.74 - the RED marker = the TV set in our house (and sidebands during QRN free periods)
The page should refresh itself every 5 minutes.
The timestamps are now in UTC and are accurate, as the PC is locked to an NTP server.
